Sumaira, a 25-year-old resident of Karachi, pregnant with her first child, went to the local hospital for a checkup in the seventh month of pregnancy. Following a thorough evaluation by a gynecologist, it was recommended that she undergoes a Lower Segment Cesarean section for the safe delivery of her first child.
